I.Basic introduction of Mesh belt type batch off cooler
Mesh belt type batch off cooler is the downstream auxiliary to the mixer or the dispersion mixer. It is used for cooling, folding and depositing the rubber strip that comes from the open mills or twin screw extruder.
It is designed to perform continuous operations of rubber slab conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking.
II. Device function:
Customer can choose high or low disposition according to the practical requirements. The high disposition batch-off line has hydraulic auto wig wag section, which can battle the rubber strip tidily, the strip tidy ratio≤100mm;there are three working positions for auto entering and outputting of material tray; auto rubber collecting device; auto cutter device; it has high automatization and can realize nobody operating.

The slitting device can cut the rubber sheet to become 2/3/4/6 even width strips automatically.
The solution liquid volume on the rubber sheet surface can be controlled by an air knife.
The rubber sheet from the dipping tank to the rack bar conveyor through a special leading device to become very smooth and no trouble.
With the auto pick-up device for leading rubber sheet from the cooling rack bar to take-out Conveyor automatically.
With the special designed auto stacking device from the folding rubber sheet to pallet very tidy.
The pallet storing station can store 8~10 pallets with shifting-out function.
Auto lifter for transporting stacked pallets to the upper floor automatically.
Auto sampling, auto cutting, auto weighting , metal detector etc.
III. Structure:
There are two kinds of overhead and seat structure, the vertical swing rack or mesh with reciprocating transport, forced air-cooled. Hanging rods are driven by stepping cylinders or motor reducers. Mainly have the host, the electronic control system two major components. The mainframe is divided into joints, printing, longitudinal cutting device, release agent cooling, lifting devices, hanging piece cooling, automatic pendulum device, weighing, railings, platforms and support frames and other parts.
