7.Tilting mechanism:
It consists of a rotor with brake, cycloidal gear reducer, TP type worm and worm gear, etc…It is able to actuate the mixing chamber tilting by 140° Around the front rotors.
8.Pneumatic control system:
Pneumatic control system is controlled by XG order. The bi-directional air cylinder makes the ram up or down. In case the over load occurs in the mixing chamber, the top ram can be raised automatically or manually if necessary, so as to protect motor from overload.

A: Usually we need 40-60 days , if ther id inventory , we can finish the modification within one month, but it may take longer if ther are special requiements
Q:How many electric, water, air need for the machines?
A: technical department supply the whole layout for workshop details.
Q: How to control your quality ?
A:First of all, we have professional technical team to design the machine. And we have strict production system, the quality inspection department will check the quality regularly.For the smaller machine we will install the machine at our workshop to make sure it can work well.For the bigger machine, we will install the machine for our customers until it can work well.
Q: Can you install the machine overseas?How long will it take?
A: Yes,we can arrange the engineer to come to help install,need to pay accordingly,like round trip tickets,salary,living and eating,etc.Time depending on the equipment your order,usually 30-60 days.
