After-Sales Service
- Service method: perform 24-hour service; determine the cause of the failure through photos or videos within 2 hours, and notify the buyer of the operation method to solve the problem through video or email photos;
- If the parts need to be replaced, the replacement method and delivery method shall be determined with the buyer within 8 hours; the damaged parts that belong to the machine’s own problems will be replaced free of charge during the warranty period;
- Free service time of the machine: 13 months after leaving the factory is the warranty period, and free service during the warranty period;
- After the warranty period: free 24-hour technical service, video or email to solve the fault; damage caused by non-human causes, the cost of accessories is charged according to the actual cost of the accessories; damage caused by human causes, the cost of accessories is 1.1 times the actual cost of the accessories receive.
