I.Equipment use

XPGW-600 floor type film cooling line adopts the latest structure, which is used for cooling the film after the rubber sheet is pressed out by the open mill or other equipment.

The structure form is stainless steel mesh belt (the user can choose nylon module belt) tiling type.

The utility model can be used for receiving, lifting, flat conveying, air cooling, coiling or horizontal cutting and the like of the film with high temperature.

II. Advantages:

1. Integrating the operations of separant applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking, realizing continuous working and high-efficiency production.

2. Dipping slab for separant applying to achieve uniform applying and not polluting environment.

3. Long air-cooling time brings about good cooling effect.

4. Fixed-length cutting and adjustable cutting length.

5. PLC technology and invertor adjustment are adopted, easy for full-process control.

III. Structure:

This machine adopts floor standing structure, with the character of simple and proper structure, flexible operation, spacious vacuum. Every main part of the machine host is all in accordance with the industrial standards, with high-quality materials, carefully processed.

The major structural features of the device are as follows:

1. Front access device’ raising and falling are cylinder control, using no joint circle conveyor belt and frequency converter to adjust the transmission speed. Joint device adopts cylinder driving pressing roll to press and join structure.

2. Printing device, adopting pneumatic controlling print intensity of lifter, 26 letters can be recycled use.

3. Joint device adopts cylinder driving pressing roll to press and join structure.

4. On the top of access device is installed with a group slitting device which is driven by air cylinder to slit on the rubber sheet by disc knife. And there are notches to have the rubber sheet not be cut off completely. And the slitting width is set according to the user’s request.

5. Release agent cooling tank includes cooling water recycling device and release mixing device. Cooling water recycling device is configured with stainless steel conveyor belt and press roll. When rubber sheets transported into water tank, they can be transported to front access device through release agent transmission, do not require any human operation and reduce the operation risk.

6. Lifting device’s function is lifting the rubber sheets getting over the hanging rods and then putting the rubber sheet on the rods. It includes clamping conveyor device, transmission device. It adopts 2 pieces without joint ring-type belts clamping conveyor mode to transmit the rubber sheets directly to the hanging rod. Frequency converter adjusts the belt transmitting speed.

7. Rubber Sheet Hanging Device makes the rubber sheet which is put on the hanging rod move slowly. When the rubber sheet slowly moving, it will be blown dry to get the rubber sheet cooled down and dry. The mode of hanging rod moving is driven by motor reducer. The hanging rod’s material is A3 stainless steel pipes welded and conveying speed is adjustable.

8. Rear access device can take down the rubber sheets which is after cooled, through transmission belts and then stacked mechanically on the pallet. It adopts ring-type conveyor belts without joint to transmit and works together with pressing roll. Frequency converter adjusts the transmitting of the belt.

9. The rubber wagging device is used to stack after cooled rubber sheets continuously. This device is composed of ring-type conveyor belts, roll, tension device, stand, rubber wagging arm, etc. Rubber wagging device is cam mode, through motor driving wagging arm to wag rubber sheets to realize the stacking.

V. Installation and Commissioning

  1. When the equipment arrives, the contractor’s installation personnel shall arrive at the site for installation. In the course of the installation of the equipment, the ordering party shall assign skilled personnel to assist in the work, and the contractor’s technical personnel shall, on the spot, give the ordering party correct technical guidance and training in the use of the equipment.
  2. After the contractor has notified the ordering party in writing of the completion of the manufacture of the equipment, the ordering party shall organize personnel to go to the contractor’s factory to carry out pre-shipment acceptance and confirmation in accordance with the relevant standards and the technical agreement.
  3. After the goods provided by the Supplier arrive at the construction site of the Demander, the Demander shall be responsible for contacting the personnel and lifting equipment to unload the goods and issue the certificate of receipt of the goods.
  4. After the equipment is debugged and qualified, both parties shall sign the acceptance document of the contract equipment, which shall be made in quadruplicate, and each party shall hold two copies.
  5. Installation and commissioning time is 7 days, and load test time is 3 days
