I. Product overview：
Silicon Rubber profile production line is mainly used to produce the Silicon /Rubber windows and doors profiles, door boards, windows table board, multi-hole pipes. This production line also can be used to produce different kinds of profiles according to customers’ detail requirement.
Silicon Rubber profile production line includes twin or single screw extruder, vacuum forming table, haul off machine, cutting machine and profile stacker.
Silicon Rubber profile production line can purchase different models extruders to meet different kinds profiles making. Vacuum forming table purchase whirlpool water cooling system, which is easy for vacuum forming and cooling down. Haul off machine purchase the special designed caterpillar control system to keep the caterpillars with setted pressure to the profiles. Cutting machine synchronation work with the haul off machine and controlled by the PLC system. Cutting machine also set the dust colloecting device. According to different kinds of profile moulds, the vacuum forming table can be 4meter, 6meter, 9meter, 11meter.

1. Test running: The above machines are all passed inspection of 3~5 hours of full load operation before leaving our factory. And we will take the video and send it to you for inspection. You can use it directly thus saving the time of test-run and expense. And we also warmly welcome to our factory to inspect and test running.
2.Quality guarantee period : Within 12 months . During this period , if there are troubles with machines ,the manufacturer should send engineers to repair or replace the spare part if needed
3.according to demand of buyer , the supplier send engineers to guide the install and the debug . But the buyer should undertake all cost , such as ticket ,food , hotel for supplier Also they need pay USD 100 for engineer one day
4.For the damage caused by the buyer , supplier provides the spare part and repair it with the best price
5.supplier offer the spare part of machine with the best price after the one year period
6.If machine is broken up due to the not correct of the buyer within the one years period . Supplier can send engineers if need to assist the buyer . But buyer should undertake all cost
7.Within one year guarantee period , if machine broken down due to its quality itself . Supplier should solve this for buyer with its own cost
8.Two parties can discuss other items which are not mentioned in this place
VI. Packing for machine:
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
