3. After that, the film soaked with the spacer is clamped and lifted by the conveyor belt, and enters the air cooling device through the plastic module conveyor belt. The lifting device has automatic film hanging function. At the same time, it is equipped with a detection device, which automatically alarms and stops working when the glue is blocked. 4. When the photoelectric switch of the automatic picking waiting position detects the cooled rubber, the lifting cylinder of the automatic picking device will drop from the lifting limit position to the waiting position, waiting to grab the rubber. When the film grabbing photoelectric switch detects the position of automatic gluing and film grabbing. The lifting cylinder of the automatic gluing device moves from the holding position to the grasping position. At this point, the grab drum contracts to grab the film. After grasping the cylinder to shrink to the upper limit magnetic switch, lift the cylinder to the rise limit position. After the magnetic switch is energized, the translation cylinder moves to the limit position of the translation cylinder. When the magnetic switch is energized, the piston rod of the cylinder extends to press the film. After the magnetic switch is energized, the conveyor motor and the film swing motor start. When the conveyor belt is running, the film enters the conveyor belt press roll and approaches the switching power supply. The piston rod of the press roll cylinder retracts, and the translation cylinder retracts. The swing width of rubber is processed by PLC on the basis of setting, and the width of each layer is reduced.
